How To Get Around
You can always get to our home page by clicking on our TheHerbDr.com,
or clicking the "home" button. Each page has links to the other pages,
either on the side buttons or bottom buttons.
From our home page, there are three ways to get around:
- Click on any of the topics. These are links to each section.
- Click on the "index" button. This will get you to an alphabetical
list of all the sections and items on our site.
- Click on the Search button, then enter the word or words you are looking
for.

Ordering Online at TheHerbDr.com
Is Safe and Easy.
Buying from our site is easy and secure. TheHerbDr.com
uses a fully secure, on-line electronic shopping cart system to process
your orders. You dont have to fill out a registration form or download
software to shop here. Your personal information is protected and stored
on a separate computer.
For every in-stock item, there is an "Order" button. This button
adds the item to your shopping basket. For example, if you see a product
you would like to buy, click the "Order" button that appears directly
below the product's description. A screen will appear showing that the
item has been added to your shopping cart. On this screen, you can change
the quantity you want to order. (The price will change when you hit enter
or when you change screens.) If you wish to continue browsing through
the collection, click on the "continue" button, and you will go back to
the catalogue. If you get a warning telling you that you are about to
go to an "unsecure" document, this is because the "shopping cart" is the
only area of our site that requires special security measures.
You can see the contents of your cart anytime by clicking the "Order
Form" button that appears in the left hand corner of each page. Putting
something in your cart does not commit you to buying it. You can remove
it at any time by clicking the "Order Form" button and removing that item.
You will see a "Register here" button on the order form. This is optional.
Register if you don't want to have to fill out your shipping and billing
information each time you order. If you think you will be ordering again,
take the time to register and you won't have to fill out your personal
data again. You'll just have to sign in when you place an order. Everyone
who registers will be eligible to receive special offers not available
to the general public. Note: Be sure to keep this information handy; if
you forget your password you will have to e-mail us and wait for us to
get back to you.
If you click on the Order button and get no response, it may be because
you have any older browser, in which case you should upgrade, or your
business may not allow you to connect. You can check with the person who
handles your computers, order from home, or you can contact
us.

What Cookies are and why our site uses them.
A cookie is simply an id a piece of data. They can be used to snoop
and you are right to be concerned about them, but we don't use them that
way. Our site uses them to keep track of your order. We don't collect
any personal information about you, and we don't keep your cookies on
file.
You can browse our site at any time without accepting cookies. However,
if you want to order more than one item using the shopping cart, a cookie
is used to process the information. If we didn't use cookies (or some
equivalent approach), we would have no way to make our shopping cart work.

"Cookies and Privacy". If you have set your browser to warn you when a
cookie is being requested, you may want to look into a program called

that allows you to accept cookies from specific sites and refuse them

There are several ways you can order from us without having to accept
cookies or enter your credit card number. To mail in your order, see our

Payment Terms
All orders are on a pre-paid basis. Credit terms are not available,
but we do accept the following credit-cards: American Express, Master
Card, Visa, Discover, and JBC
For non-credit card users, please send a check or money order to us at
the address listed along with your order.. We will send your products
when we receive this.

Shipping Information
In the U.S., we pay shipping on all retail
orders of $400.00 or more! (5-10 day delivery)
ORDERS INSIDE THE
US: Orders delivered within the continental United States will
be shipped free if the order total, excluding tax and shipping, is greater
than or equal to $400.00 (Allow 5-10 days for delivery), except
Bulk Items; these will be charged 'Shipping/Handling'
based on actual weight and destination. Bulk
items include any product weighing 5 LBS or more. All orders under
$400.00 will be charged a minimum of $5.75, and in increments based on
weight and destination. Shipping charges are F.O.B. North Miami, FL, U.S.A.
Orders will be sent by USPS (US Postal Service), UPS, or comparable service.
Payment for shipping is added at the time of placing the order and you
will be able to see it before completing the order.

WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.,
all orders are insured because, without it, we cannot guarantee delivery
or cover damages, if any. All packages are sent via either USPS , UPS,
or DHL (unless otherwise instructed by customer). Orders delivered outside
the continental United States will be charged actual US
Portal Service Express shipping and handling costs. Click
here to check USPS Mail shipping costs to your country; charges are
based on the weight and destination. All packages are sent as non-prescription
nutritional supplements for private use only. So far, all orders have
been accepted in ALL continents. All orders are usually shipped within
24-72 hours.
